About this room
MPG Events is the events arm of The McManus Pub Group, offering private event spaces across Northamptonshire, Buckinghamshire and Cambridgeshire.
Its venues include Barratts and The Red Lion in Northampton, The Sun Inn at Hardingstone, The Lamport Swan, Shipmans, and The Bull Hotel and Vaults Bar in Stony Stratford, ranging from classic pub rooms to private marquees and garden areas.
Alongside corporate events, celebrations and charity nights, MPG runs a regular business networking programme, including a monthly Northamptonshire Collaboration Netweaving session that moves around six McManus pubs on the second Tuesday of each month.
The Winter Social is the looser counterpart: free, open networking from 2pm on Wednesday 4 November 2026 at Barratts Club, Kingsthorpe Road, Northampton NN2 6HT. Unlimited interactive darts and pool, an open bar and great food throughout. Places are limited to 120.
