For event owners
A breakfast and a conference are not the same job.
They get measured the same way, though: did the right people meet, and can you show it. Pick the kind of room you run.
Conferences
Events teams and professional conference organisers
People come for the programme and judge the day on who they met. The hallway track is the part nobody runs.
Trade shows and exhibitions
Exhibition organisers and show directors
Exhibitors count scans. Visitors wander. Neither number tells you whether the right two people found each other.
Chambers and associations
Membership and events managers at chambers, associations and professional bodies
Members renew when the room is worth their morning. Nobody can currently show that it was.
Networking groups
Independent organisers running a recurring room
Thirty people, once a month, no budget and no admin time. Every tool in this market is priced for somebody else.
Client and corporate events
Marketing and client-services teams hosting their own guests
An expensive evening for people whose names you cannot share, and a finance director asking what it produced.
Universities and alumni
Alumni relations and careers teams
Students need the alumni in the room, the alumni need a reason to come back, and both need reporting at the end of it.
The part that is the same
Free, whichever of these you run.
There is no listing fee, no per-event licence, no analytics subscription and no trial that runs out. A room of thirty gets the same product as a conference of two thousand, which is deliberate: the per-event pricing everywhere else in this market is why the small recurring room has a printed list and a biscuit.
List the Room
Date, venue, industry and capacity. It appears to everyone on the platform within your delegates' travelling distance.
Upload the list
Name and email, up to 5,000 rows. Every row is classified and invited correctly, and duplicates and existing members are skipped rather than double-invited.
Grant the room
One action gives every delegate 100% of your room instead of the 30% a free account sees, from 14 days before to 7 days after. It costs them nothing and it costs you nothing.
Read what happened
Verified attendance, nudges sent and accepted, relationships formed, who came back. Aggregate only: no attendee emails and no message bodies, ever.
If none of these is quite your room
The six pages above are the formats where we can name a problem that belongs to that format and not the one next to it. Plenty of good events sit between them: a members' club night, a university spinout showcase, a supper club that happens to be full of founders. The product does not care which label you use, and the organiser tools are the same in every case.
What it is genuinely not for: any event where nobody is there to do business. There is a whole category of event software for weddings and parties and we are not it.
