Why the list is the point

A conference app is bought by an organiser for one event, and the attendee loses it when the event closes. Next month, a different event, a different app, a different profile typed in again. The Gantry is the other way round: the account is yours, and every Room on the platform is in one place. The difference in full.

On the free tier you see 30% of the Rooms listed and 30% of the people in any room you join. If an organiser adds you to their delegate list, their whole room opens at no cost to you. What each tier includes.
