Business networking events in Cambridge
A cluster rather than a general business community. Life sciences, deep technology and the investors who fund them dominate, and the networking is structured around that rather than around geography.
The networking scene here
Most of the activity happens on the campuses and parks rather than in the city centre: Cambridge Science Park, Granta Park, the Biomedical Campus and Babraham. Rooms are frequently technical and frequently contain somebody raising or deploying money, which makes reading the attendee list beforehand more valuable here than almost anywhere.
Where business gets done: Cambridge Science Park, Granta Park, Cambridge Biomedical Campus, Babraham Research Campus and St John’s Innovation Park.
Rooms listed here open 14 days before the event, so you can read who is going and decide who you want to meet before you commit the morning. Also covers Ely, Newmarket, Huntingdon, Saffron Walden, Royston and St Neots.
